Important Dates for Commercial Vendors

May 1, 2008

• Commercial exhibitor contract due

• 100% booth payment required at 2008 booth rate for 2009 HHF&E

• Guarantees a booth location*

November 1, 2008

• Commercial exhibitor contract due
• 50% booth deposit at 2009 rates
• Secures a booth location*

February 1, 2009

• Commercial exhibitor contract due
• Booth fee balance
• Secures a booth location*
• Indiana Sales Tax Form
• Certificate of Liability Insurance due

Note: All commercial vendors not meeting this deadline will be placed in available booth locations

March 15, 2009

• Due date for purchasing advanced booth services from ERMCO (electricity), CPI (phone & internet), George E. Fern (tables, chairs, carpet, skirting).
• George E. Fern offers a 35% discount on orders placed by the due date.
